We created LámpaNeked to bring the joy of creation, beauty, aesthetics, and the harmony of home-making closer to everyone who loves stylish and personalized interiors. We believe that a lampshade is more than just a simple home decor item: it adds atmosphere, character, and a sense of home—and it becomes truly special when it’s made just for you.
The idea for this business began as a creative passion, and today the two of us are building, developing, and carrying forward a world of visual art and craftsmanship that brings together design, creativity, inspiration, and shared experiences.
In our work, we share a common belief: our home is truly special when it reflects our personality—and a well-chosen lamp plays a key role in this.
I’ve always been surrounded by a world of beauty and harmony, so it was only natural for me to pursue a career in this field. I worked as a master esthetician and beauty trainer for many years, where a love of detail, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for style defined my daily life.
Creative work, however, has been a part of my life since childhood. I loved transforming, beautifying, designing, and thinking about spaces—interior design has been a passion of mine for decades. When we started building our own home, I realized even more how important the play of light is and how powerful lamps are in setting the mood.
The big turning point came when I realized just how difficult it is to find lampshades that are truly unique, special, and yet affordable. That’s when I decided to create a brand where all of this would be available—and that’s how LámpaNeked was born.
Since then, every workshop, every new lampshade, and every creation has reaffirmed that I’m on the right path: I’m doing what I love, and I’m sharing that experience with others.
My name is Kriszta Asztalos; I’m the mother of a son and the owner of a puppy.
I’ve always had a passion for lamps—I love the special atmosphere they create—but it became an obsession when I met Kata at a workshop. Yes, I went to her lampshade-making workshop, and afterward, I couldn’t stop thinking about how much I wanted to be a part of this!
Since I’ve worked with textiles my whole life, I’ve been captivated by the way the color and pattern of a fabric come to life on a lampshade, creating a harmonious and unique atmosphere in the space it adorns. I believe this transformation holds endless possibilities for making our homes more unique and cozy.
